We will contact the firm with the best conditions to make an agreement and to fix the loading date etc.

 

Please keep in mind that we need :

- 2 days before loading :  a complete annex VII information document (according  the European regulation 1013/2006/EG)

- within 30 days: the recycling certificate

propose aux professionnels un accompagnement d’experts pour accélérer leur transition vers l’économie circulaire :

 

 

Je travaille au sein du pôle Etudes et Conseil. J’accompagne actuellement une marque française de literie jetable (alèses, protège-matelas, housses de couettes, oreillers...) dans la mise en place d’un dispositif de collecte de ses produits en vue de leur donner une seconde vie.

 

Nous étudions pour ce client les différentes options valorisation de ses produits après utilisation (recyclage / régénération et valorisation énergétique).

 

Il s'agit principalement de produits constitués de PP non tissé (environ 500 tonnes / an) mais également de produits complexes 70% PP / 30% PE (env. 200 tonnes / an).

 

Nous envisageons notamment une étape de tri des produits par résine, par un acteur spécialisé, afin d’optimiser la valorisation.

 

Seriez-vous en capacité de traiter ces produits (PP et/ou mélange) et dans quelles conditions ?

 

Nous cherchons à imaginer la solution la plus vertueuse possible et seront force de proposition afin de lever les contraintes opérationnelles qui pourraient se poser.
